HAUNT
I love the fact that the word haunt has several meanings.
It can mean a disquieting or harmful effect; to persist, or to appear habitually, as a ghost might.
We have our haunts; the places we frequent, the places where people recognise us.
The idea that our passage leaves a trace on the places we’ve visited & the people we meet fascinates me... Just as we are haunted by the events and places our lives have taken us, our haunts and people from our past are haunted by our passage in their lives…
